Multiphase Selection Super Lawyer Process
The selection process for the California Super Lawyer Rising Star List is conducted by the Super Lawyers rating service, a Thompson Reuters company.
The patented multiphase selection process begins with a round of peer nominations. The nominees are then evaluated on twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Only attorneys that score in the top 2.5% of all nominees are selected to the list. In addition to the selection process, the attorneys must also be under the age of 40 and been in practice for less than 10 years. You can read more about the selection process on their website.
