Throughout her career, she has participated in over a dozen civil trials in catastrophic injury, trucking, personal injury, product liability, and commercial litigation. Most recently, she served as a managing attorney at Nationwide, mentoring a group of highly skilled senior trial attorneys. At the Abrate & Olsen Law Group, her practice areas include personal injury, commercial litigation, business litigation, and probate litigation.

Jackie is a native of Sacramento and is married with two children. Her spare time is spent hanging with her family and attending one of her sons’ many sports endeavors.
