Throughout his eighteen-year legal career, attorney Graham Owen has practiced in diverse areas ranging from estate planning to consumer protection to constitutional takings litigation. Graham has worked as Of Counsel with Abrate and Olsen since 2020 providing clients legal services in the estate planning practice area.

Graham was a classmate of Mike Abrate and Dan Olsen at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and was drawn to their law group by their attention to detail and insistence on providing exceptional work product and client service. Graham is committed to understanding each client’s unique circumstances and individual goals for their assets and helping them achieve those goals in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Born and raised in Northern California, Graham has enjoyed living in Sacramento since 2004. He is not only a proud alumnus of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, but of the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well, where he earned degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He is married with two children and also works in public service as a firefighter/engineer/paramedic in Sacramento County.
